Terms & Conditions — Study Max Marathi /  नियम व अटी

1. Introduction

Welcome to Study Max Marathi (the “Site”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions explain rules for using our website, subscription plans, payments, account use and content access. By registering, enrolling or using the Site you agree to these Terms.

👉 Important Note on Legal Entity & Payments:
“Study Max Marathi” is the brand name under which services are provided. All financial transactions, including Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions, are legally processed under our registered firm The Supreme Store. Receipts, invoices, and financial correspondence may therefore mention The Supreme Store as the legal entity.

2. Definitions

  • User / Member: Anyone who registers on the Site.

  • Subscriber / Plan: A paid plan (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) or Free Plan a user enrolls in.

  • Admin verification / Activation: Manual check by our team after payment; only after activation the paid content opens.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian permission to register.

  • Provide accurate information (email, name, phone). Keep your login details secure.

  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • We offer Free and Paid subscription plans (Starter, Basic, Plus, Premium, etc.) as shown on the Subscription page.

  • Payment modes available: online Pay link, UPI (GooglePay/PhonePe/Paytm), Bank Transfer, or other options displayed on the Payment page. Bank details are shown after you complete the payment if using manual transfer.

  • For manual/offline payments you must send proof (payment screenshot) as described below.

5. Payment Verification & Activation

  • Manual verification: For manual/offline payments the admin verifies your payment. After verification we mark your plan Active.

  • How to send proof: Send payment screenshot + Registered Name + Registered Email (and Order ID if present) to WhatsApp (text only): +91 95033 88753. You may also email studymaxmarathi@gmail.com for payment queries.

  • Activation time: Generally activation is completed within 12–24 hours of receiving valid payment proof; it may take longer in exceptional cases. Content remains locked until plan is active.

  • If activation fails, please contact the WhatsApp number above with your details.

6. Free Plan

  • Free Plan requires registration (no payment). After registration you can access Free Plan content only.

  • Free Plan users do not need to send payment proof. Free content availability and features are as shown on the site.

7. Access, Use & Restrictions

  • Content (notes, PDFs, audio, videos, test series, quizzes, old papers etc.) is for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Do not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publicly share site content without written permission.

  • You must not use the site for illegal or abusive purposes.

8. Single Active User & Login Policy

  • Only one active session/user per subscription is allowed at a time. If the same credentials are used elsewhere, the first logged-in user will remain active and other sessions may be blocked automatically.

  • Do not share your login credentials. We are not responsible for misuse of shared credentials.

9. Expiry, Renewal & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions expire automatically on the plan end date shown in My Account → Subscriptions. After expiry content access is blocked.

  • To continue access you must renew or buy a new plan. Renewals follow the same payment and activation process.

  • You can cancel auto-renewal (if available) via your account or by contacting support, but cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

10. Refunds & Non-Refundable Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable. Once payment is made it is not refundable except as required by law or our explicit written decision.

  • If payment proof is valid but activation is not done due to admin error, we will resolve and activate or, in exceptional cases, offer a suitable remedy at our discretion. Always keep receipts/screenshots until activation.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site is owned or licensed by Study Max Marathi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to view the content for personal study only.

  • All trademarks, logos and branding remain our property.

  • Response time: we usually respond within 24 hours.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to keep content accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is error-free.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Site. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the value of the subscription paid by you.

14. Termination & Suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the Site. On termination, access to paid content will be revoked.

15. Changes to Plans, Prices & Terms

  • We may change prices, plans or these Terms at any time. Changes to Terms will be posted on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts in Satara, Maharashtra (unless otherwise required by law).

17. Acceptance

  • By registering and using Study Max Marathi you accept these Terms and agree to follow them.

1. परिचय

Study Max Marathi (पुढे “साइट”, “आम्ही”, “आपण”) वापरण्याच्या अटी येथे दिल्या आहेत. नोंदणी केल्यास किंवा सेवा वापरल्यानंतर आपण या अटींना मान्य करता.

👉 महत्त्वाची सूचना (Legal Entity व पेमेंट संदर्भात):
“Study Max Marathi” हे फक्त आमचे Brand Name आहे. मात्र, सर्व आर्थिक व्यवहार (उदा. Payment, Billing, Subscription) आमच्या नोंदणीकृत कायदेशीर कंपनी The Supreme Store अंतर्गत केले जातात. त्यामुळे सर्व Receipt, Invoice किंवा पेमेंट संबंधी कागदपत्रे या कायदेशीर नावाने (The Supreme Store) प्रदर्शित होऊ शकतात.

2. अर्थ

  • यूजर / मेंबर: साइटवर नोंदणीकृत कोणताही व्यक्ती.

  • सब्सक्रिप्शन / प्लॅन: Free किंवा Paid (Starter, Basic, Plus, Premium इ.) ज्यात यूजर enrol करतो.

  • अ‍ॅडमिन व्हेरिफिकेशन / अॅक्टिव्हेशन: पेमेंट नंतर आमच्या टीमकडून होणारी तपासणी; यानंतरच पेड़ कंटेंट उपलब्ध होतो.

3. पात्रता व नोंदणी

  • 18 वर्षांपेक्षा जास्त असणे आवश्यक; अल्पवयीन असल्यास पालकांची परवानी घ्या.

  • नोंदणी करताना बरोबर माहिती द्या (ई-मेल, नाव इ.). लॉगिन माहिती सुरक्षित ठेवा.

4. प्लॅन व पेमेंट

  • साइटवर दाखवलेल्या नियमानुसार Free व Paid Plans उपलब्ध आहेत.

  • पेमेंटच्या पद्धती: Pay link, UPI (GooglePay/PhonePe/Paytm), Bank Transfer व इतर साइटवरील उपलब्ध पर्याय. बँक तपशील manuál पेमेंटनंतर प्रदर्शित होतील.

5. पेमेंट तपासणी व अॅक्टिव्हेशन

  • Manual / Offline पेमेंट: Admin तपासणी करेल व नंतर Plan Active केले जाईल.

  • पेमेंट पुरावा कसा पाठवायचा: पेमेंटचा स्क्रीनशॉट + नोंदणीकृत नाव + नोंदणीकृत ई-मेल (आवश्यक असल्यास Order ID) WhatsApp (text only): +91 95033 88753 या नंबरवर पाठवा. तक्रार/शंका साठी studymaxmarathi@gmail.com वर ई-मेल करा.

  • अॅक्टिव्हेशन वेळ: सामान्यतः 12–24 तासात अॅक्टिव्हेशन होते. काही प्रसंगी विलंब होऊ शकतो. Plan Active न होईपर्यंत कंटेंट ओपन होणार नाही.

6. Free Plan

  • Free Plan साठी नोंदणी अनिवार्य आहे; Free Plan सुरक्षितपणे नोंदणी केल्यावर Free content पाहता येईल. Free Plan साठी पेमेंट पाठवण्याची गरज नाही.

7. प्रवेश व मर्यादा

  • सर्व कंटेंट (नोट्स, PDF, ऑडिओ, व्हिडिओ, टेस्ट सीरिज, जुने प्रश्नपत्रिका इ.) फक्त वैयक्तिक वापर साठी आहे.

  • साइटवरील कंटेंट नको तसे कॉपी, विक्री, सार्वजनिक शेअर करणे बंदी आहे.

8. Single Active User व लॉगिन धोरण

  • प्रत्येक सब्सक्रिप्शनसाठी एकवेळेला फक्त एकच सक्रिय सत्र अनुमत आहे. जर एकाच Credentials इतरत्र वापरले तर पहिले लॉग इन केलेले सत्र सक्रिय राहील व इतरांचा प्रवेश बंद केला जाऊ शकतो.

  • लॉगिन माहिती शेअर करू नका; चुकीच्या वापरासाठी आम्ही जबाबदार नसू.

9. कालावधी, नूतनीकरण व रद्द करणे

  • आपला प्लॅन My Account → Subscriptions मध्ये दाखवलेल्या मुदतीनुसार समाप्त होतो. समाप्तीनंतर प्रवेश बंद होतो.

  • व्याप्ती वाढवायची असल्यास पुन्हा पेमेंट करावे; नूतनीकरणासाठीही तेच प्रक्रियेचा वापर.

10. रिफंड धोरण

  • पेमेंट परत देण्यात येत नाही (Non-Refundable). कायद्याने आवश्यक असलेल्या अपवाद सोडून, सर्व पेमेंट नॉन-रिफंडेबल आहेत.

  • पेमेंट प्रमाणित असून अॅक्टिव्हेशन अडचणीत असल्यास आम्ही अॅक्टिव्हेशन करुन देऊ किंवा योग्य तो उपाय देऊ.

11. बौद्धिक मालमत्ता

  • साइटवरील सर्व सामग्री Study Max Marathi ची मालमत्ता आहे. आपल्याला ती वैयक्तिक अभ्यासासाठी पाहण्याचा परवाना दिला जातो.

12. सहाय्य व संपर्क

  • आम्ही सामान्यतः 24 तासांत उत्तर देतो.

13. जबाबदारी मर्यादा

  • आम्ही साइट चालू आणि अचूक ठेवण्याचा प्रयत्न करतो परंतु सतत सेवा व त्रुटी-रहितता हमी देत नाही. अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसानासाठी आम्ही जबाबदार नाही. आमची अधिकतम जबाबदारी आपल्याकडून प्राप्त झालेल्या पेमेंट रकमेपुरती मर्यादित असेल.

14. समाप्ती

  • अटींचे उल्लंघन आढळल्यास आम्ही खाते निलंबित किंवा समाप्त करू शकतो; अशा स्थितीत पेमेंट परत देण्यात येणार नाही.

15. अटींमध्ये बदल

  • आम्ही हे नियम व योजना बदलू शकतो; बदल साइटवर प्रकाशित केले जातील. बदल स्विकारल्यास ती नवीन अटी लागू होतील.

16. कायदा व वादनिर्धारणा

  • या अटी भारताच्या कायद्यांनुसार नियंत्रित होतील. वाद निवारणासाठी Satara, Maharashtra न्यायालयांचा अधिकार राखीव आहे.

17. स्वीकृती

  • साइटवर नोंदणी करून आणि सेवा वापरून आपण या अटींना पूर्णपणे मान्य करता.
